JSC " Welding Materials Company" was founded in 1996.
The basic target of the company is production of the different
kinds of welding materials (electrodes, wires, fluxes,
and bands). The main products our firm offers are welding
and overlay electrodes for low-carbon and stainless steels
(about 80 types), and flux cored arc welding wire (about
30 types).
 Plant
has now 2 lines for the flux cored wires production
(productivity about 30 tons per month) and the line
for the electrodes production (productivity about 60
tons per month). We are planing to introduce the second
line for electrodes production. The working personnel
of the plant is nearly 60 people.
We have good business contacts in our Urals region and
also all over Russia and the states of the former Soviet
Union.
Among our clients are mainly metallurgical group of
plants, plants for the smelting and refining of various
mining products, enterprises of mining, gold-mining
and chemicalindustries.
In addition, our research group has developed new economical
types of welding and overlay materials.
 Their
research work has resulted in the development of machine
parts resistant to conditions of abrasive and impact-abrasive
wear and equipment for rolling ferrous and non-ferrous
metals and cavitate-resistant steels.
We have patented new overlay flux cored arc wires. Besides,
our research group is developing now the electrodes
(type E-46) for welding of construction steels without
rutile and ferro-manganese in their composition, and
which have the high level of hard-wear.
